Instructions:

  1. The registration form will load into Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF file). If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the Adobe icon to download the FREE Reader.

  2. Click on the appropriate link below (please allow a few minutes for the PDF file to load).

  3. Print out the form. (After printing the registration form, go to the Tuition Fee Schedule for course costs.)

  4. Complete the form.

  5. Mail the registration and check to:

Summer Registration

Tutorial Classes Scheduled Weekly as of June 14th
Session I   June 21st - July 9th   (3 weeks)
Session II   July 12th - July 30th  (3 weeks)
Session III   Aug. 2nd - Aug. 20th (3 weeks)
CLOSED    Aug. 23rd - Aug. 27th
Tutorial Registration Students are registered for a minimum of 6 hours. New tutorials scheduled weekly. Also use this form to register for SAT private and semi-private tutorials.
Computer Kindergarten Registration Five-week program meets throughout the academic year. Children enrolled in full time AM Kindergarten programs attend the afternoon session; whereas students enrolled in full time afternoon programs attend the morning session.
PSAT Workshop Registration One day workshop that includes Free pizza lunch.
SAT Preparation Registration Classes scheduled for each SAT test date.
